A verification is counted when your customer submits it. Links that expire, are cancelled or are never completed are free. A retry on the same verification counts once.
You get 7 days and 20 live verifications plus 20 document requests to try everything in the Growth plan. No card is needed. When the trial ends, new links pause until you choose a plan — nothing is deleted and nothing is charged until you buy.
Yes. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. We email you before each renewal, and you can cancel online at any time — your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Included verifications reset each billing period. Extra verifications beyond your plan are billed at your plan’s per-verification rate.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
