This Privacy Policy explains how Securely Verify collects and uses personal information about visitors to securelyverify.io and the businesses and people who use our Service as customers.
People verified through our Service. If a business sent you a verification or document request, that business decides why your information is collected and how it is used, and we process it on its behalf. The notice shown before you start, and our verification privacy notice, explain that processing. For requests about your data, contact the business that sent you the link, or email support@securelyverify.io.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with our subprocessors to run the Service, with professional advisers, when required by law, or as part of a merger or acquisition subject to this policy.
We keep account and billing information for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Messages and website logs are kept only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected for.
We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, two-factor authentication and audit logging. See our Security page.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. To make a request, email support@securelyverify.io. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Our website and Service are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 18.
We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. If changes are material, we will notify customers by email.
